Art Leasing Program
The Art Leasing Program at Oz is a cost-effective way for companies to enhance their business office space. Here’s why:
- Meet Any Business Needs. An art lease agreement is a contract in which the user (the lessee) pays for the use of the art while the lessor owns the art. Leasing has become an increasingly popular method of resource utilization. It offers a number of advantages over more traditional alternatives, such as cash purchase or bank financing.
- Conservation Of Credit. A lease is not a loan. Borrowing reduces lines of credit. Leasing is an operating expense, giving the customer increased borrowing capacity.
- Tax Benefits. An operating lease may allow 100% of the monthly payment to be included as an operating expense. Bank financing would allow only the interest cost to be included as operating expense. Check with your tax advisor to determine how this may LOWER pre-tax income and REDUCE taxes.
Oz’s Art Lease program allows your company to lease a minimum of 6 art pieces at a low monthly rate in 6 month intervals. After the lease has reached full term, Oz will credit your full lease amount towards the total retail value of all the pieces. You pay the difference and the art is yours!
